Appointments
We do not contract with any insurance carrier, which means we do not bill your insurance; however, we do provide a health insurance claim form (HICF) you can submit to your carrier for any eligible reimbursements to be paid directly to you.
Since we do not contract with Medicare, Medicare patients are not permitted to seek reimbursement from Medicare due to our non-provider status. For this reason, we offer a substantial discount to Medicare patients to help off-set the cost.
